7-days Money Back Guarantee applied for only Joomla Templates Refund Policy, gives you time to make sure that all our templates are free of bug and ready for your utilization. You can assure that your order is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee if:

  1. Our templates have problems and are not functioned properly. OR,
  2. Our support teams are unable to get it solved via the premium email support.

With most of things, certain standard restrictions will be applied to a refund request.

  • Refund is applied for Customer Member only. We clearly understand that our current fee for standard customer is very reasonable and seems to be the best you can find on the NET with such high qualified Joomla!® products.
  • Refund is not applicable after 7 days since the date of your order purchase (GMT+7). Which means your order date counts as one day in the total 7 days.
  • Refund is not applicable for MoneyBookers payments.
  • Refund is not applicable on custom works (customization project).

Because the templates only provide you with a starting point, you will have to go a long way of customization yourself. Custom Work Policy

Custom Project Process

  1. Submit: Required Features is submited by Client via ticket (http://joomlaux.com/support)
  2. Discussions: Discuss detail through ticket, email or skype.
  3. Agreement: both JoomlaUX Team and Client agreed about detailed customization, price and time frame.
  4. Depository: Client pays at least half of the total cost
  5. Working: JoomlaUX Team works on the custom project
  6. Demo: JoomlaUX Team builds a live demo site for Client to review the result.
  7. Approve: Client approves the results and confirms that everything is ok. If there is any issue, client should report back to JoomlaUX team to fix and check again.
  8. Complete Payment: Client pays the rest of the total cost
  9. Deliver: Final Product deliver, by zip package or directly upload to Client's site.
  10. Maintenance: Support installation or fixing bugs if there's any.

Custom Project Policy

All custom projects and its modifications are granted “copy license” which means that JoomlaUX holds license of the source code and we can apply those modifications, features & customizations in the future version of our products.

The total cost of the project does not include product's license. This indicates that you must purchase the product seperately from the total price of the project. You must purchase the product before we start to working on the custom project.

Project time frame will not include weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as working day. That means we do not count weekend days in our time frame.

Before JoomlaUX project team officially works on the custom project, clients must deposit at least half of the total project’s cost. The remain of the payment must be completed/paid before JoomlaUX project team delivers the final product to client.

All custom projects with JoomlaUX include live demo test environment and enough time duration for client to test and check throughout all requested customizations. Only until client confirms that their test go as well as desired, does JoomlaUX project team package the final product and prepare to deliver the final custom product (only deliver the final product after client finish paying the total project’s cost). JoomlaUX suggests you – our project’s client – that you should carefully test all your requirements in provided test environment to minimize the potential issues which may arise so both sides can save time on installing the customization later.

Technical support for custom project: 1 month – counting from the day we deliver client the final product (GMT+7). Technical support includes fixing bugs, conflicts… which may arise when installing). We’re not responsible for technical issues after this 1 month of support, however, we will assist you with our best to help you solve your questions. We are not responsible for damage or error caused by personal modification by client after installing our final product.

In case you want to expand technical support time, the additional fee is 50 Euro/6 months.

Refund is not applicable for custom project; both deposit and completed payment are not refundable.

1. After buying JoomlaUX’s products, can I use it on different sites (both commercial and non-commercial sites)?

Yes, thank to the beauty of GNU/GPL v2 license, you can use them in as many sites as you want. However, we only provide support for a limited number of domains, as specifying in our pricing plan.

 

2. After successfully paying for a product, how can I download it?

Please Log in to our site (http://joomlaux.com) and go to http://www.joomlaux.com/download.html by clicking the Download button on the top menu. Then you’ll see all extensions available for download listed there.

 

3. Do you offer refund?

Yes for Memberships and No for Single extension purchase. If you are a paid member, you can ask for refund complying to our “Refund Policy”. To request a refund, please submit a ticket to our support staff. We will get back to you within 24h.

 

4. How can I know when an update is available?

Updates for JUX extensions are released regularly. When an update is available, we will let you know via Social media (Facebook, Twitter) and JoomlaUX’s blog. We recommend that you Become our Fan on Facebook or Follow us on Twitter so that you can get the latest news from us.

 

5. What is quickstart and how to install it?

Quickstart is a complete installation package which after installing it, you will have a module/component that looks the same as in our demo. Quickstart allows you to use the extension out of the box without having to go through basic configurations. Installing Quickstart is just like installing regular setup file. Please follow our installation guide in documentation.

 

6. Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes. If you want to upgrade your subscription, you only need to pay the difference between your existing subscription and the new one. Your current subscription must still be active to qualify for this benefit however. Please contact us via ticket and we will help you upgrade your subscription.

 

7. What happens when my subscription expires?

When your subscription expires, you will not be able to access downloads or updates nor you will be eligible to ask for support. If you wish to keep access to our extensions and support, you need to renew your subscription.

 

8. Can I resell JUX products?

No. The reselling of our extensions is strictly prohibited. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified without prior written consent from JoomlaUX team.

 

9. Can I modify the source code?

Yes. You have the rights to modify our extensions for your own use, however, if we find that your modifications cause extensions work improperly, we will not support in this case. In short, inability in using our extensions & making modifications that make our extensions stop working normally, we will not refund or support those cases.
