Old Joomseller "Dropdown Mega Menu" 2.1.1. to JUX MEGAMENU 3.2.5.

I'm upgrading a Joomla 2.5 site (2.5.28) to be a Joomla 3.0 site.(3.4.6.) . I have the old JOOMSELLER DROPDOWN MEGAMENU 2.1.1. on this 2.5 site. Will JUX MEGAMENU upgrade the the old Joomseller Dropdown Megamenu? Do you have the steps to do this up grade? Or are they entirely different products and need to be manually set up?

Joomla Megamenu updated version from the old Joomseller Megamenu. But the new version, we have left a number of functions (Menu will no longer run by JS). Instead, a number of new functions.
