Center image background was created by Angel

Hi!
So my problem is that the image background is not responsive. While the youtube video is always centered when you re-scale the internet navigator, this is not happening with the image background. This is really a problem when you are using a mobile device, because its shows the left part of the image.

How can I fix this?
