Hi,

I am new to Joomla 3.6 and am creating a site and have purchased your product to display coming soon. I would like visitrors to be able to leave there emnail address. I will not be provided any kind of newletter on my website so only got the FREE version of Acymailing.

When I try to add an email address I get the error:

"The form could not be submitted ReferenceError: submitacymaillingform is undefined.

Hell Huyen,

Sorry but I am currently testing this on my home server using WAMP so the site is not on the web. As mentioned I just have the free version of AcyMailing, should I be able to using the Coming Soon plug in with just that?

Is there a minimum setup for AcyMailing which I need to do.

Thanks
Steve

Ok, So the only support option you can provide is for me to give you my confidential administrative password to my website... why would I do that?.. you could do whatever you want in there. That is not acceptable to me and I can't believe anyone else would do that. And just to add, what is the point of a support forum where there are no resolutions/solutions actually posted here. Just the support team asking for admin passwords.

Anyway, since I have already purchased this product I will try to get it to work on on my own work but I will no be purchasing anything else for you company.

regards,
Steve Dingle
