Hi,

Just bought and installed JUX Map Pro. but I'm not getting it to work. Instead of the map, I'm getting a checkered field with lots of code below it. There doesn't seem to be a way to attach a screenshot here and my site is still hidden...

Can you help?

Hi,

I created a Super User for HaiND this morning and sent the credentials to him. Can you share the access?

Once you're in the frontend/backend, the map page is 'Anreise'.

About you problem, I checked the problem and found that you entered the "enter" heading in the line because of automatic line break

Also, your plugin has blocked incoming email in our mapping modules

Because when I turn off the modules or let the email import config is empty, everything works fine

Now I don't enter email and maps works well

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand and can't open your screenshots at work, but will do this at home. However, the problem with the checkered "placeholder" is still there ... I don't see the map.

Also, what plugin blocked incoming email? Does this mean we won't be able to use the email address at all?

One more question: Maps Pro works fine on Chrome and Safari (as of now). Is there a way to get it to work on IE11? It's still widely used, so compatibility would be essential.

I checked and found that it reads a wrong product JUX Gooogle Maps Pro code on IE and I fixed it for you quickly, sure the problem will no longer occur on IE.
