Service is unavailable now was created by notlob

I am getting this error :
"Unfortunately, an error has occured / Service is unavailable now" m i even tried to copy settings from your demo site,, and i'am getting the sam error!

Thank you for contacting and choosing our product
may be caused by hosting has not configured CURL and SSL
You can contact hosting and ask them to enable SSL and CURL
