Menu does not open in mobile was created by Nirit

Hello,
One of the menus does not open in the mobile, please see the top menu in this page:
magid.huji.ac.il/magidnew/%D7%90%D7%95%D...94%D7%A1%D7%A4%D7%A8 ,
The menu opens in the homepage, but not in some inner pages.
