Tag & Kategorie module position was created by Silvano De Matteis

Hello everyone...
On my blog I have the Tag and the Kategoriemodule on the botom ( www.silvanodematteis.com ) even if I have set the boxposition on sidebar.
Can somebody tell me why that happend oder where are the paramenters to set them ob the right side like here ( www.cafferino.info ).
