Thank you, for advice, just a few questions:

to translate buttons (All and Load More) of module to russian i have to:
1. create file ru-RU.mod_jux_portfolio.ini
2. put it in directory mod_jux_portfolio\language
3. i try to connect this language file in mod_jux_portfolio.xml - add code:

<languages folder="language">
<language tag="en-GB">en-GB.mod_jux_portfolio.ini</language>
<language tag="en-GB">en-GB.mod_jux_portfolio.sys.ini</language>
<language tag="ru_RU">ru_RU.mod_jux_portfolio.ini</language>
</languages>

(i tryed to change value for constant in en-GB.mod_jux_portfolio.ini but it did not work) - i dont know why - cashe disabled///

please, give me advice what conditions I could not fulfill

When your installation is complete. It will have the language folder (en-GB folder, folder it-IT)
As in any language you use the site. Then Joomla will automatically call the bottom for your language
