It says I'm supposed to submit a ticket for refunds but there are only pre-sale tickets available, so I'm doing it here.

I would like to request a refund. I'm just not happy with the extension, there's tons of problems, it's just not working properly. The filter is not working for me, I don't want some of the functions but can't disable them, the lightbox is not working, I have to translate the whole thing because I have a multilingual site. I don't really have the time to deal with it over the forums.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I gave it a try, spent about 5 hours yesterday and today trying to make it work the way I want it and it's just not happening.

I am sure all the problems you are experiencing are not hard to solve, I can fix all the problems for you quickly.
I'm sorry but the problems you encountered I think are just a small jquery conflict, maybe you are calling the jquery library in our product.
with component, go to menu system -> global configuration -> jux portfolio pro ->tab advanced -> Select " no "
prnt.sc/i1yvr3
with modules -> go to back-end modules ->tab advanced -> Select " no "
prnt.sc/i1yvff

Hi,

I tried all that.. I tried jquery on, I tried jquery off. Besides, it's not just that, Portfolio Pro just isn't what I was looking for but obviously there was no way of knowing that without testing it first. And in order to test it I had to buy it.

I already found a solution that works for me and I've deleted the Portfolio Pro extension, so I have no intention of using it anymore, I'm only interested in a refund.
