Hide News Ticker automatic when there is no article in category was created by Christian Hannes Richert

Hi, I wonder if there is a possibility to hide the Newsticker if there is no actual Article for it. We would like to use it for school purposes on our website for urgent things. Articles for it are written from Front-End. When there is no such urgend news, it would be nice to hide it automatically.

Now I try hide 2 articles and ticker have to don't show
