Could the problem be this in the htaccess file?:
# Javascript
ExpiresByType application/javascript "access plus 1 year"

Otherwise, please tell us what changes you anticipate needing that requires cPanel access? We have some legal issues with granting such access.

We also cleared up the server cache. Can you check again?

One thing that confuses me is why we see the missing map and you don't. Seems like if it was a server issue, we would have the same problem.

Do you try another device? If the map still appears, I'm afraid the issue is from your server cache.
Please give me full access to the "techsupport" account. I need to turn off the site offline config.

I really want to help you but when I change the event.js file. It doesn't change in my browser. It has a cache on your server.
Please let me know how to clear the cache or give us an account to access your server. So I can clear the cache by myself to check.

Regarding the ftp problem, are you sure your IP address is still 171.241.20.105? Sometimes the ISPs change them frequently. The ftp credentials work for us and I think they worked for you when we first sent them.

We also tried changing the default.php file in this directory just in case “event” was supposed to be “events”: components/com_jux_timetable/tmpl/events/default.php, but that didn’t help either. The way we left it on davis.stagesoho.com is with the new file in the components/com_jux_timetable/tmpl/event/ directory. The old file is also still there with the filename changed to default-old-2023-12-5.php
