I checked your site and custom some code in template:
Step 1: I added id for bgl-block:
<div id=\"juxtest\" class=\"bgl-block clearfix" in line 137 (file functions.php in your template)
Step 2: I added some custom css code in advanced option:
#juxtest.jux-background-image{
height: 500px!important; /**height of background video/
margin: 0!important;
}

Thank you, everything works fine!
There are some glitches, but I think they are related to jQuery and appear only in Chrome (note the 2 strips with background inserts).

In the article the main page (

) made 2 insert plugin "marcoparallaxbground". The result of the plugin in Chrome is different from IE (use the scroll). The difference manifests itself after the module "JUX Background Video" (Screenshot attached).

I checked on chrome and no problem. You can see the image i have attached. Maybe you need clear cache of browser (use ctrl + F5)

I checked again and see the black background is in plugin marcroparallaxbground
You can fix it by following steps:
Step 1: Go to path {root}/plugins/content/marcoparallaxbground/assets/ then open file marcoparallaxbground.css
Step 2: Go to line 20 then change code to
background-color: transparent;
