When clicking on the mainmenu item, the subemnu has first to be loaded before the click on the mainmenu item works. Therefore the people have to click two times.
Is there a workaround for that?

I checked your site, It don't have to error. It works as follow : Menu item have to load dropdown then you can click the link

But at the moment it is not possible to click on the main menu item before the submenu has been loaded. that's the problem. people have to cklick twice if they click too fast. Is there a workaround for that problem?

Thanks your idea, we will study and update when can.
You can set time short for "Hover Delay Time, Transition On Duration, transition Out Duration" as image attachment. You will don't wait long time and only need click one time.

1. we do it for 2 case: click and hover type,
When you choose click type for Trigger. If you click submenu and it received link before the submenu dropdown.
You will you will never select the submenu of menu item. Because you click submenu, it will go to other page.
