Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I solved this by inserting the jquery from the jsfiddle that you linked, directly into the div wrapper that was holding the content that I wanted to print. I also used k2 echo item->id for the <div class="printThis"> and the print button to prevent the print event triggering on a different wall item.
The only problem I have yet to fix is, it is printing 1 page of correct elements, then 3 blank pages. Any suggestions for this issue? If not, I am grateful for how much help you were!
