Errors in java script - jux_social_stream_list.js

I have errors in jux_social_stream_list.js -> error repeats on all sites where this module was installed.

ReferenceError: $element is not defined
var $ul = $element.find('ul.stream');

This js errors causes that some other elements on page are not displayed correct

Colud you please tell me how to fix this errors?
