JUX Social Stream and https

Hi,

I also had to replace the links "http" by "https" for "graph.facebook.com" in 4 files:
- assets/js/jquery.social.stream.1.6.1.js
- assets/js/jquery.social.stream.1.6.1.min.js
- assets/js/jux_social_stream_list.js
- facebook.php

In fact, all links "facebook", "twitter", "flickr", etc should be in https.
