letters is not displayed on contact form (mozzila firefox)

"About us" section is shifted upwards in the Mozilla Firefox browser
And with a decrease in the browser window "Mozilla Firefox" module "carousel pro" moves up.

I can see that on the template should be present header on mobile devices.
But on my iPad mini and iPhone 4S header on the template is missing .
How to fix it?

If I remove an image for the single article display then the date of the creation of the article and the topic of the article is superimposed to the article itself.
How fix it?
