icn to the left of the menu title

apparently the default position for the menu icon is to the left of the title, is there a way to have it positionned to the right of the menu title?

thank you, i think i did not express my self too well in fact i am adding a new menu item, and i ld like to have a New icon on the right handside, the others can stay on the left just a rticular new icon on one menu item is that possible?
