In fact my question was more, how to keep bullets nav, but in transparent progress bar bottom.

About your problem
- disapear the black bottom under the progress bar: you can config to hide it by choose option "No" with option thumblink
- about keep bullets and transparent progess bar bottom you can custom css by following steps:
+ Step1: go to path {root}/modules/mod_jux_background_slideshow/assets/themes/ then open file supersized.shutter.css
+ step 2: go to line 16 then change background to color you want to use
