NOT WORKING: "JUX Background Video - Responsive Joomla Module "

We have purchase the extension "JUX Background Video - Responsive Joomla Module " and also as mentioned in document we have installed the module on our Joomla 3.9 website and also enabled the module for home page banner but unfortunately it is not showing on the page.
