404 on installation and when trying to use module

Hi I recently bought this and tried to install. On installing I get a 404 error because of this link that it is trying to go to
www.joomlaux.com/images/digitalstore/pre...background-video.png
Despite that the mod seems to have installed but when i search for it in Extensions>Manage and hover over it (normally i would see a balloon telling me about the extension) but instead i again get a 404 because of the same url.

Im working on Joomla 3.4.5 and ON XAMPP LOCALHOST

line 15 delete

Great, thank you now I can see the module settings but there is another problem....

On the video playlist tab I get 3 errors

First i tried swapping line 307 in juxadditems.php
fromtobut that just gave me a different error
Warning: stream_get_contents() expects parameter 1 to be resource, string given in /mod_jux_background_video/elements/juxadditems.php on line 308

I have also checked that allow_url_fopen is on and i even turned on allow_url_include as well to see if that helped but no.
If i add a youtube code and hit save it doesnt save that either.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Also, how do i change my username so that its not my email address on this forum?

Can i make a suggestion? it would be nice to have a place to choose a static image to use on smaller devices so the video doesnt show on mobile devices, only an image.

You can select a picture (while waiting to download video, the image will appear before)
Please go to "Background Image" config (JUX Background Video module -> tab module)
