Height of Video exceeding module

I have two questions / problems. Any help is greatly appreciated.

1) How do i make the height of the video to be the same as module?
2) Also I would like the video to be screen width?

You can refer this document.Please read Note 2 section and image below
NOTE 2: If you choose module position,why jux background video not working at module position: Our module will auto find ID of position as attached image. So if position you want to display background don't have ID you can add it in template file!.
