Menu description on top menu with color

Hello,
Is it possible to create menu item description on top of menu item but with color background.
Example attached.

select the menu item you want displayed.
Parameters tab select () JUX CSS3 mega menu) config tooltip Content

Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately it didn't do the trick. The description showed up under the menu item title with no no color background.
What I want to do is to show description of the item menu over the menu item with colored background.
You will see what I mean if you refer to uploaded pic, in my previous post. I think that's the best way I can explain what I would love to have in the menu.

I've edited your problem, please check back. I've added
in helper.php file (modules / mod_jux_megamenucss3) from lines 454 to 488
If you want to edit style please go back-end. CSS tab Cusstom advanced config.
