Problem with the columns

Hi,
I am working on a mega menu on preview.mimacom.com and the distribution of the columns is not as I expected on open source solutions. I have created 5 groups and 4 columns. The first and second group are shown in the same column (open source solutions and technologies). On the other hand I´d like the groups integration and consulting to be shown together in the third column as they are very small.

Could you help me figure out this please?
