White floating box

For some reason we're seeing this white floating box when we hover over a menu item (see here: prntscr.com/cfvlq9 ) We would like to remove this but not sure how. We would appreciate any assistance with this.

Please go to megamenu/advanced tab/ custom code field
and add line code below:

display:none!important;
}
