Can't change the background-color of the top-menu and drop-down menu

1: with proble background color top menu
Go to back-end modules -> tab Top Menu Style and select at Background color:
prnt.sc/gl03io
2: with problem color drop-down menu
Go to back-end modules -> tab Dropdown Menu Style and select at Background color:
prnt.sc/gl0429
