Nothing seems to be working

If I try to use a preset style - I get a spinning icon.

If I try to change the menu - I get a spinning icon.

I can find no way of creating columns or configuring sub-menus.

I've looked through the documentation and I can't see any 2/3 of the Menu Toolbox configuration options.

I don't think everything is OK.

Could you have a look please?

OK. I think I'm beginning to get it.

I think the documentation needs to be clearer as this is far from Easy!

I'm not sure it'd working 100% correctly but I'm making some progress.

I am still having issues.

I'm using Chrome on a Mac and moving items into the correct columns simply doesn't work.

When I use the move button, sometimes the correct item moves (as per your documentation) and sometimes everything moves. Even when I get close to getting what i want, when I save the menu, another arrangement completely is saved.

Right-click dragging isn't working at all and what should be a 2 minutes job is taking a long time in what has become simply trials and error.

Is it possible to just jump into the database and arrange the menu items or is there a fix you can help me with?

There are multiple issue with the menu.

In addition to the inability to easily move items to the correct column, in the front-end, the menu now disappears before the user reaches the menu items at the bottom of the dropdown.

The first dropdown on the left is OK but those to the right do not work.

I did try to put a module into one of the columns but that just broke the whole page, so I'm going to leave that for now.

My primary concern for the time being is the inability to access all the items in the navigation.

Could you please take a look at the site and advice me, please.

The FTP account is now working. Sorry about that.

The Joomla admin log account is working fine.

My main issues are:

1 - Moving columns around is not easy. The menu items don't always go where they are supposed to and even when they do, sometimes after the menu is saved, the layout has changed completely.

HOWEVER i have finally got the arrangement I want. I would like to be able to swap the order of some of the columns but I'm reluctant to do so because of the problems I've had previously.

2 - On some pages, in the hover state, it's impossible to click the menu items at the bottom as the dropdown state of the menu disappears.

3 - The menu creates odd links. The Menu Heading items create link which end up on the error page.

4 - I've noticed that the default state of the menu is in the container but the sticky state goes fluid. Any ideas? The module is in a container div. Is this the sticky wrap setting?
