Can't apply changes to custom preset

Hi, I'm using latest Joomla 4.4 PHP 8.1 with a custom Helix Ultimate template. I have installed the Easy Mega Menu, but when I create a preset it displays well in the module back end, but won't display on the actual site. I'm sure you'll figure it out, it's probably a template module position issue? I'd be grateful if you could take a look & advise where I've gone wrong
