Fatal error (since the get-go) with Virtuemart Mega Menu

Have not seen a menu yet.. published in several positions, several configurations..and after forever get this message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/xocigars/public_html/modules/mod_jux_vm_megamenu/includes/menu/vm_megamenu.php on line 320

Can Anyone help with this please? The menu / demo look awesome I just need to get it to work !

Well, it is looking much better now.

Apparently I had over 5,000 products in one of the categores and apparently that was too many lol

hmm.. now I wonder how many is too many
