I can't get modules to load in the submenu on J5

On the menu called Main-Left (Special Events), I'm trying to load modules in the submenu, but I haven't been successful yet. Once I get Special Events working, I plan to do the same for all menu items in Main-Left. Any help appreciated. Please tell exactly what you fix if you're able to help. Thanks in advance.

I had one child menu item left in the menu item parent. Once I removed it, I was able to get a single module to load, but not my other three.

Well, I thought I knew how you did it, but I guess not. The Special Events menu works great, but Celebrations only shows one menu item (instead of eight), Sympathy doesn't show a dropdown at all, and Services only shows one item (instead of three). I'll probably want to add a dropdown for Corporate too.

Any help appreciated. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
