change line-height and width of submenu

It's me again - with one last question / request to the installed Juxemenu Extension. We want to go live with the website before xmas and are reviewing for the last time. There is something a bit enoying with the menu:

If you click on 'about us' and then the submenu team and names open. It is really hard to click on the names - they dissappear very quickly and it need a lot of patience to really tick on it an open the menu.... it is simply to quick for our hands....

Can you help ?
