two mobile menus at the same time

Hi

We bought the JUX Mega Menu license a few days ago and it works ok but we have a serious problem with the mobile/responsive menu function.

When not in mobile view, the JUX Mega Menu works fine, but in mobile view we cannot see JUX Mega Menu:

- the template that we're using generates one mobile menu, and the JUX Mega Menu mobile menu is inside the template mobile menu (we have to click on the template mobile menu to see JUX Mega Menu, and we do not want that to happen).

We need JUX Mega Menu mobile menu to be the only mobile menu. Can you help us?

Regarding your problem. Your template does not support well the menu. if you install a different menu it also has similar problems. please send me the account site. I will edit your custom (not sure 100% success) Thanks

I also recently bought Jux Mega Menu for Joomla. Same issue here, with two mobile menus. Look same as the image. So my questions is, how can I make it work with one menu in mobile view instead of two?

If it works for you great, but i don't think that changing the template is the right solution for this problem.

The JUX Mega Menu should work with any Joomla 3x template and we're still waiting for a solution to the problem...

Note:
1. If you want to change the word "Menu" please enter default.php file (modules / mod_jux_megamenu / tmpl / default.php) line 33
2. If you want to change the position display the "Menu" module JUX please visit Mega Menu-> Advanced tab -> Custom CSS config
