Drop downs not working at all

3. When I slide my mouse pointer off the edge of the blue background of the mega menu drop down under "convention", the background disappears a second before all the links do. See screen shot. Why is it doing that? The other drop downs don't do that.

I'm seeing it do it right there in your video. When you mouse off of the mega menu, the blue background disappears a second or so before the words/links. How do we fix that so that the words disappear at the same time as the background?
