Drop down hover information change

I want to make use of this type of menu system. What I would like is this.

Menu bar across the top of the page.
Each link when hovered over is a drop down menu to multiple pages (this is alreday in place)
When the drop down appears, I would like to have 2 columns (I know this can do it as well)
What I would like is when I hover over each submenu item in the drop down, can I have the information on the second column change to reflect what is being hovered over?
