exclamation-circle Submenu disappearing when there is a selectable element under it

This happens in chrome and opera.
I didn`t manage to reproduce the issue in ie and firefox - I didn`t try hard either.

When there is a selectable element beneath the submenu (this include selectable text as well), you can actually click through submenu and select that element behind it, which results in submenu being closed.

On your example page there are not much elements which I could test it on, just few input fields but it did happen.
On my website, mega menu goes over slideshow, which have tons of moving elements and every 5th or 6th click on submenu results in it being closed.

Here is a video of an issue on your website:

I will provide your developers with link to our website and a potential fix if you don`t find a solution before I do.

(Issue is reproduced on multiple computers)

Hi HaiND,

I have even recorded a video of the bug so please take a look at it.

Submenu disappears randomly when I click on TAB item or basically anywhere on submenu surface.

Hi
Thank you for feedback us
Want to say that you can click on the submenu and select the element behind?
Meaning that the sub-menu is having problems it is gone when clicked on it
But when I check on chrome I do not see the problem, I have not seen any customers reflect on this issue or have any effect on the functionality of the module
You can check it with another computer or another place
Hope it will help you
Thanks

Best Regards

Hi

I have tested the problem on multiple computers and in multiple browsers.

It happens rarely on your demo but much more often on our website.

I can provide you links to take a look if you are interested (via PM if possible)

I altered this page by adding some input boxes filled with random numbers for testing.
demo.joomlaux.com/extensions/megamenu/joomla-megamenu-demo.html
jQuery(".container-fluid.demo-control, .container-fluid.demo-product").css({margin:0});setInterval ( function(){var __str="";for(i=0;150>=i;i++)__str+='<input type="text" style="float:left;z-index:auto;" value="'+Math.floor(1E11*Math.random()+1E11)+'0000000000"/>';jQuery(".container.demo-control").html(__str);
},500)

Like I said, submenu randomly disappears while I click on it, not sure if it's related to the content behind dropdown or somehing else but it's driving me crazy.

I have reproduced the issue with multiple people on multiple computers, mostly in chrome.

Hi G.H.
Thank you for feedback us
I'm sorry but if that makes you feel crazy
It really does not affect module functionality
As I said above, there are not any customers mentioned or feel uncomfortable about this issue
You do not necessarily have to click the menu many times to let it go submenu
It is important to hover when the submenu is down correctly and you can click on the submenu
Hope you understand
Thanks

Best Regards
