500 server error when publishing

I'm setting up a news page and have been unable to get JUX News wall to load on the page. As soon as I publish the module, I get a 500 server error on that page. The site is running the Gantry5 Framework w/ Helium template. I tried switching out the template on that page to one of the Beez templates and the problem persists.

Also, the site is live, not a development site. We can't have system debug turned on during business hours.
