I have a problem where images background section does not load properly in Chrome ?

Hi , I have a problem where images background section does not load properly in Chrome ? I tested my site in Firefox and IE and all the fine , scrolls and nav beautifully but in Chrome partial load images or not at all . But then load a fashion when refreshing / reloading.

I checked and got a ticket called with the same problem. I did the same procedure and found that the mine is already equal .
I would like to help.

I made the following checks and correct , but the site is still in trouble :
I checked your site but to change css file I do not have permission with template.css file
You can fix it by steps :
- Go to line : 4072 comment Then this line : background-attachment : fixed;
- 4451.4412 , 4617 of the same
