lightbox don't work

Hello,
I created this post more than a week ago, and I'm surprised I can not find it on the forum anymore.

I have 2 sites where I use Jux Portfolio Pro with the same presentation.

On the site andeo-design.com when I click on a product presentation picture, I have a lightbox with the photo and a left and right arrow to navigate between the photos.

On the website andeo.be when I click on a photo, no lightbox, but the photo that comes full screen and impossible to navigate between the photos.

I looked in all settings, and I do not find how to have the lightbox.
