Solution:
This problem occur due to the conflict of jQuery.
To solve this issue, please turn off jquery on tab advanced option.
If it still not working, you can install jquery by follow this guideline: extensions.joomla.org/extension/jquery-easy )

Solution:
This problem could be occurred when you enter sub-description and description for the image you has used “enter” key on the keyboard. If you want to down the line, you can use tab <br/>
