Unpublish Properties list in property item view/page

Hi i'm looking for how to unpublished (if is a module..I don't find it) or to deactivate (if is a config setting) the property list at the very bottom of property item page, titled My properties.
I can not find the way.
Furthermore I can not understand why it makes the strage effect on the image preview (please check the picture here)

You want unpublished "myproperty "
You block line code 401 "echo $this->loadtemplate('agent_properties');" in components/com_jux_real_estate/views/realty/tmpl/default.php
You want unpublish title
You block line code 393 : <h3>MY PROPERTIES</h3> in components/com_jux_real_estate/views/realty/tmpl/default.php
