Tumblr and Facebook error

Hello,

I have just bought Social Stream for my cousin's website and the module is really cool, but I can't get Facebook and Tumblr to work yet.

Facebook shows a syndication error.
Tumblr doesn't show anything at all.

Could you please give me some help?

JUX Social stream does not support personal facebook page to display on the stream. Therefore you have to create a facebook fanpage and follow these steps:http://www.joomlaux.com/blog/item/41-tutorial-how-to-display-facebook-and-instagram-to-jux-social-stream.html
Tumblr:
Please follow these ways to get your ID:
Step1: Go to www.tumblr.com/
Step 2: Login Tumblr with your account
Step3: Choose your profile and select items. Or you can choose Tumblr of others with the items you want.
Step4: Copy & Paste your Tumblr ID.
