I apologize for late reply but I try to create a ticket and everything is working,

my other customers can still make ticket and no problem
With the RSS issue of social stream, I checked and also found it worked

Hello, thank you for your answer..The ticket manager does not work for me but it does not matter, I communicate with you by email.

For the module, RSS only read feeds from feedburner.
