Testimonials with no title en no avatar

On my website I had a testimonial comp. but it is not supported anymore. Now I am using JUX testimonials and want to use the old testimonials in JUX.
These testimonials do not have a 'title' and no photo/avatar.
How can I get rid of the 'title' (in backend when writing new testimonial) and the photo?
