Google Map is not connecting to the API

We have the API key entered in the admin area of the Timetable component, a valid address in the event entry, but the map is only positioning in the ocean off of Mexico. The only issues we see in the console are:

google.maps.event.addDomListener() is deprecated, use the standard
addEventListener() method instead:
developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/API/EventTarget/addEventListener
The feature will continue to work and there is no plan to decommission
it.

It doesn't look like those issues should cause this problem, but we can't figure out why the map is not working. Can you advise?

I have no problem logging into both the front and back-end with the posted credentials. Can you further describe the problem you are having or error you are seeing?

Yes, we are aware of that after your last posting. But we need to whitelist your IP address to resolve that. Please provide us with the IP address from which you are trying to access the ftp service.
