Hello,

Sorry to bother you but I am having issues with the Weather module and I was hoping you might be able to help. I did send in a support message last week but I haven't heard back.

I have set up the module on a site and despite entering the exact coordinates in the settings, the area name that is displayed in the module is a few miles away. I suspect that this is due to which weather station the weather is being picked up from, rather than an issue with the module however I would like to display the name of the area that the business is based in.

Could you let me know how I can hardcode a custom area name into the module please so that that is displayed, instead of the automatically generated area name please?

Kind regards

Hi HaiND,

Thank you for getting back to me.

We have entered the coordinates of our location into the module settings. The coordinates are for a town called 'Saltfleetby' but the module is displaying the town name of 'Grainthorpe'. Can I hardcode in the town name 'Saltfleetby' so that is displayed on the web site instead of 'Grainthorpe'?

Kind regards

It's a captcha box on the log in screen. You just need to enter the captcha code written above it e.g. 'eGCB'

Hi HaiND,

Thank you for taking a look.

Can the code be edited to enter a static value instead? I assume you tried changing the area name to 'Saltfleetby' but as mentioned, it keeps picking up 'Grainthorpe' automatically instead.

Can the code me adjusted to display the name 'Saltfleetby' but pick up the weather data from the 'Grainthorpe' station?

Kind regards

James
