Search Box and Search results issues

I need you help please with this issue:

I have set the search option to search box and when I search for a location I can’t select the first town/city in the search results, it looks like the search box is covering half of the first result which makes it impossible to select, I tried this with my laptop and my Sony Xperia Z3 phone and both have the same issue, Please see the screenshot, please help.

About your problem I see the image you have attached and have a little problem with css!
