Settings for Time, Module Size

I'm trying to set up the Jux Weather module on a client site. I'm having three issues.

#1 - The site time is correctly set for US Central, but the graphic switches to nighttime too early. I noticed it showing night at 3:09 PM, but sunset isn't until 5:43 PM.

#2 - The height of the module Liberal 7 Day Forecast as shown on the Weather menu item cuts off the last day of the forecast and introduces an undesired scroll bar.

#3 - The width of the module Liberal Weather Now as shown on he right sidebar of the homepage in position 3fp-local3 is too narrow and I would like to adjust it to fit the width of the column.

I appreciate that you are busy, especially since J4 is fresh.

That doesn't change the fact that this module doesn't do what my client requires.

We've used the older version of the module and were quite happy with it, but the newer version does not get the job done.

How can I request a refund?
