Need to translate "View all stories" and contact form in Noo Grande template

HI,
I need to translate the "View all stories" link in the bottom of latest stories module, but can't find which file I need to edit.
I also need to translate the "We'd love to hear your feedback" phrase in the contact form.
I have made all the changes in the file en-GB.tpl_noo_grande.ini and cleared the site and browser cache but there is no change in the contact form.
