Problems with the h2 class="title-header"

Hi I am having a bit of an issue fixing this with the tittle-header.

Do you have a custom css I can insert so the line no longer strikes through the header? See attached.

Do you want remove strikes through the header? Please pm me your site url. I'll check and fix it for you!

I just deleted the line entirely and used an hr tag under the heading. Right now I am just using the Quick start so I can first learn how to work with the template.
